arkansasmobilehomeparkbuyer.com is owned and operated by Titan Property Investors, a DBA of Professional Home Wholesalers, LLC, based in Heber Springs, Arkansas. The company has been operating since November 2018.

This site is for owners of an entire mobile home park, manufactured housing community, or the underlying real estate and park operation. It is a separate site from our other property websites, and information submitted here is used for Arkansas park acquisitions.

Information you give us

When you submit the seller form or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide. That normally includes your name, telephone number, email address, and details about the park such as its city, county, address, lot count, occupancy, lot rent, water and wastewater setup, park owned homes, known repairs, price expectations, and your reason for considering a sale.

Please do not send tax returns, tenant records, bank statements, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive documents through the web form. If we need documents during due diligence, we will arrange a secure method with you directly.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from. We also use call tracking, which records the number you called from, the time, and the duration of the call.

We record which page a form was submitted from so we can tell which content is useful to park owners.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to evaluate your park, respond to you, and continue the conversation about a possible transaction. Depending on the property, that may involve a direct purchase, a purchase with a funding or purchasing partner, an assignable agreement, seller financing, or a joint venture. We may also decline a property that does not fit our buying criteria.

We store submissions in our customer relationship management system so our team can follow up. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not publish your name, your park, or your situation without your written permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to evaluate or complete a transaction, and only with people involved in it. That can include a funding or purchasing partner, a title company or closing attorney, a surveyor or inspector, a lender, and the software vendors that host our email, analytics, call tracking, and customer relationship management systems.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights. Your park is not publicly listed or marketed, and residents are not contacted unless you approve it.
